Dr. Panagiotis Zavras is an Otolaryngologist and Pediatric Otolaryngologist who runs his private practice in Ambelokipi. He was admitted to the Medical School of the University of Athens through the Panhellenic Examinations and graduated in 2013. The doctor trained for several years at the “P. & A. Kyriakou” Children’s Hospital of Athens, acquiring in-depth knowledge in pediatric otolaryngology, as treating young patients requires special experience and expertise. He then continued his residency at the “G. Gennimatas” General Hospital of Athens, while simultaneously training in the hospital’s Department of Plastic Surgery. He holds a Master’s Degree in “Diseases of the Nose, Skull Base, and Facial Region” from the University of Patras. After passing the required exams, he holds the European Board Certification in Otolaryngology (Fellow of the European Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery). In addition to running his private practice, he has been working since 2021 as an ENT Resident at the Tzaneio Hospital in Piraeus.
The doctor stays at the forefront of medical developments by participating in specialized seminars and continuing education courses both in Greece and abroad. In addition, his scientific work includes publications in international and Greek medical journals, as well as numerous presentations at national and international conferences. He is an active member of the Hellenic Society of Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery, the Panhellenic Society of Otorhinolaryngology, and the Athens Society of Head and Neck Surgery.
With academic distinctions from the start of his career and training at leading hospitals in Greece, the physician manages and treats a wide range of cases across the entire spectrum of otolaryngology with a personalized approach. Throughout his career, he has performed a large number of both simple and complex ENT and pediatric ENT surgical procedures.
He serves as an external consultant for Metropolitan Hospital and the ORL Athens Clinic.
